A day to remember!

Hello! today has been a day to remember! we've got lots of snow in Menorca, and it's very difficult that snows here, when here never snows. My day of today has been like that: first I have woken up at 10:00 approximately, and it was snowing! I didn't expect it snows becaus, in the days before, people said that it would snow, but it snow at the end! Then my family and I have gone to Punta Prima and we have taken lots of pictures of the beach full of snow; and, in the cold sea, there were some surfers! They are going to be ill! Then, when when we had finished the lunch, we went to Trepuco to take more pictures, and, at the end, we have gone to our home and we have done an snowman!

Hello! this days I've been ill, I have tonsillitis, because in these last days it has snowed, has very COLD and windy.
Tonsillitis is INFLAMATION of the tonsils most commonly caused by a viral or bacterial infection. Symptoms of tonsillitis include sore throat and fever. While no treatment has been found to shorten the duration of viral tonsillitis otherwise known as the common COLD, bacterial causes such as streptococcal pharyngitis are treatable with antibiotics. It usually takes one to three weeks to recover. But my tonsils were very mild and I only have needed a week to cure me.

That was Trepucó, when it snowed in Menorca. It was very cold, no wonder that I catch tonsils.

MENORCA MORE AWAY FROM THE WORLD

4 days ago didn't arrive ships with merchandise to Menorca, by the strong winds of Tramontana.

The supermarkets don't have products in their shelves. The ports of Ciudadela and Mahon are close, by strong waves and Tramontana's winds. 

On the other part, the island is more confinement, because the company Spanair was close.

Spanair was one of the companies that more flights produced in Menorca.

Follow the low temperatures and strong Tramontana in Menorca

These days in Menorca the Tramontana has blown very strongly, up to 90 km/h.

The low temperatures have also affected Menorca, touching the 0 º. Menorca even is on yellow   alert by the low temperatures and strong wind. 

On side of the low temperatures and strong wind, this Saturday can return snow!! 

These days you will be warm!!!!!

Hi, I play Judo in Es Castell. When my clup statrt had cery few people, but now this is the best and the bigest club of Menorca and  Mallorca last year. The lasts years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011) we were the club with more medals winer because we went to the numerous competitions in Spain.
Now we train to prepare the competition of Menorca and the winer of Menorca go to Mallorca to do the Balearics Competition to know qho is the bests Judokas and go to Spain Competition.
But the competition is not all we do. We prepare a lot of activities: dress up in carnival, go to excursion ....
This year we prepare a lot of competitions and activities to get do the best club.
